Returns
You have [7 Days ] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Online purchases allows for returns within 7 days from the delivery date as per the express courier tracking system

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note that wear and tear goods such as filters, cleaning tools, chemicals, and film cannot be returned.

  • Pre-order, clearance, and gift items are not eligible for return or refund.

For defective or damaged items, we offer a one-to-one exchange.

If the exchange item is out of stock, we will recommend a similar product. If you do not want to exchange, we will give you a full refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying these costs. However, if you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, we will reimburse the shipping costs in full.

Please use any local courier service (Poslaju, GD Express) to send your return, as we only reimburse local courier shipping costs.

We take no responsibility for lost or further damage resulting from return shipment.
